Abstract
Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada je prikazati ljekovita svojstva cvjetnog praha koja su još nedovoljno istražena i nepoznata većini ljudi. U prvom dijelu je opisana važnost peluda za pčelinju zajednicu zatim njegove morfološke osobine te kemijska, mineralna i vitaminska svojstva koja predstavljaju glavne hranjive tvari od kojih potječu njegova ljekovita svojstva koja utječu na poboljšanje i održavanje ljudskog zdravlja. Kasnije su opisane metode sakupljanja cvjetnog praha, pravilno skladištenje te postupci s peludom kako bi ono što duže sačuvalo hranidbenu vrijednost koja će se kasnije iskoristiti za pčelinju ili ljudsku prehranu. U drugom dijelu je opisan značaj peluda za ljudsko zdravlje te njegova terapijska svojstva koja su prikaz literaturnog istraživanja raznih autora. Prikazana su i ljekovita svojstva pojedinih vrsta cvjetnog praha kao i osobitosti konzumacije uz posebne opreze kod preosjetljivosti na pelud. U posljednjem poglavlju navedeni su recepti sa peludom kao uputa za jednostavnu uporabu u ljudskoj prehrani.
Abstract (english)
The main point of this graduate thesis is to show healing properties of bee pollen that are still unexplored and unknown to most people. The first part describes the importance of pollen for bees comunity and they morphological, chemical, mineral and vitamin properties which they present main nutrients substance for human helth. Described are methods of collecting pollen, proper storage and procedures with pollen in order to preserve nutritional value that can be used later for bees and human consuption. The second part describes the importance of pollen on human helth and it´s therapeutic properties that are review from literature research by various authors. There are described medical properties of certain types of pollen as well as the peculiarities of consuption with special cautions to hypersensitivity to pollen. In the last capture there are listed recipes with a pollen for using in human consumptions.
