Abstract
Šećerna repa predstavlja značajnu industrijsku kulturu čiji je korijen bogat visokim sadržajem šećera. Unatoč mnogobrojnim izazovima u proizvodnji šećerna repa ima vrlo važnu ulogu u prehrambenoj inustriji, ruralnom razvoju, plodoredu, ekonomiji gospodarstva i lokalnih ljudi, isto tako znatno utječe i na okoliš. Cilj istraživanja u ovome završnom radu bio je analizirati kroz proizvodna razdoblja od 2018. do 2023. godine primjenu agrotehnike, utjecaj vremenskih prilika na ostvare prinose i kvalitetu korijena šećerne repe. Analize proizvodnih godina pokazuju kako je najuspješnija godina proizvodnje šećerne repe bila 2021., prosječni prinos korijena šećerne repe iznosio je 95 t ha–1 uz prosječan sadržaj šećera od 17,60%. Najlošija proizvodna godina bila je 2023., gdje je prinos korijena šećerne repe iznosio 40 t ha–1 uz prosječnu digestiju od 14,15%.
Abstract (english)
Sugar beet is an important industrial crop whose root is rich in high sugar content. Despite the numerous challenges in the production of sugar beet, it plays a very important role in the food industry, rural development, crop rotation, the economy of the economy and local people, and also has a significant impact on the environment. The goal of this research was to analyse the agrotechnics and the influence of weather conditions on the yields and quality of sugar beet roots through the production periods from 2018 to 2023. The analyses of showed that the most successful year of sugar beet production was 2021, the average yield of sugar beet roots was 95 t ha–1 with an average sugar content of 17.60%. The lowest yield was in 2023, where the sugar beet root yield was only 40 t ha–1 with an average sugar content of 14.15%.
