Abstract
Ovaj završni rad imao je za cilj prikazati odabrane autohtone proizvode,njihove opise i proizvodnju.Obrađeni su najpoznatiji domaći autohtoni proizvodi,a nešto veća pozornost je usmjerena na slavonske autohtone proizvode kojih u ovom radu ima najviše.Hrvatska je zemlja bogata autohtonim proizvodima,zbog svojih geografskih i klimatskih specifičnosti.Najpoznatiji autohtoni proizvodi su:Slavonski kulen,Istarski pršut,Dingač,Paški sir,Maslinovo ulje,ali i ostali su sve popularniji na domaćem i stranom tržištu.Hrvatska ima još velik broj nezaštićenih autohtonih proizvoda,što bi u bliskoj budućnosti što prije trebalo promijeniti.
Abstract (english)
The final paper is to present indigenous products,their descriptions and production.Great attention is focused on the slavonian indigenous products,which in this final paper is the most.Croatia is a country with many indigenous products due to it's geographic and climatic specificities.Most famous indigenous products are:Slavonski kulen,Istaski pršut,Dingač,Paški sir,Maslinovo ulje and others.There are still a large number of unprotected indigenous products in Croatia,which should be change in the near future as soon as possible.
