Abstract
Proizvodnja mlijeka je vrlo značajna za Republiku Hrvatsku i ona ima važan udio u ukupnoj poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji. Situacija u Hrvatskom mljekarstvu loša je zbog visokih ulaznih troškova i niske otkupne cijene, te zbog toga mnogi proizvođači mlijeka odustaju od proizvodnje. Obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo Žigmundić se bavi intenzivnom proizvodnjom mlijeka. Glavni prihod gospodarstvu je mlijeko koje se prodaje prehrambenoj industriji Vindija, ostali izvori prihoda su: stajski gnoj, telad, junad, izlučene krave, bikovi. Gospodarstvo za koristi neizravan kanal distribucije za prodaju mlijeka, no u budućnosti planira se prodaja putem izravne distribucije, točnije putem mljekomata. Takav način prodaje mlijeka povećao bi ulazne troškove, ali bi povećao i otkupnu cijenu mlijeka, što bi donijelo veće prihode od proizvodnje mlijeka. Kalkulacija proizvodnje za 2015.godinu pokazuje da gospodarstvo posluje s dobiti, te da je poslovanje ekonomično i rentabilno.
Abstract (english)
Milk production is very important for Croatia , and it has a significant share in the total agricultural production . The situation in the Croatian dairy is bad due to high input costs and low purchase price , and because many dairy farmers give up production . OPG Žigmundić engaged in intensive milk production . The main income of the economy is milk that is sold food industry Vindija , other sources of income are : manure , calves , heifers , culled cows , bulls . The economy of the benefits of indirect distribution channel for the sale of milk , but the future is planned to be sold through direct distribution , specifically through milk automat . This method of selling milk would increase the input costs , but to increase the purchase price of milk , which would bring more income from milk production . Calculation of production for 2015 indicates that the economy is profitable , and that the business cost-effectively and profitably
