Abstract
U vinogradu na OPG-u Živković smještenom u Cerniku, zona vinogradarske proizvodnje C1, podregija Slavonija, vinogorje Nova Gradiška provedeno je istraživanje na sorti Plemenka bijela. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj ranog uklanjanja listova na pokazatelje kvalitete (sadržaj šećera i ukupnih kiselina u moštu) sorte Plemenka bijela. Pokus je postavljen na 30 trsova na kojima je obavljeno rano uklanjanje listova, te 30 trsova koji su služili za kontrolu. Analiza je provedena u 3 navrata s razmakom od 2 dana između svakog uzimanja uzoraka. Uzimani su grozdovi slučajnim odabirom sa 3 trsa na kojima je uklonjeno lišće i sa 3 trsa kontrole. Grožđe je izmuljano i mošt je filtriran za daljnje analize. Rano uklanjanje listova na sorti Plemenka bijela ovom istraživanju nije imalo bitan utjecaj na povečanje šećera, te sadržaj ukupnih kiselina u moštu.
Abstract (english)
In the vineyard on the family farm Živković in Cernik, grape-growing zone C1, subregions Slavonia, vineyards Nova Gradiška conducted research on varieties Chassellas d´ore. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of early removal of sheets on indicators of quality (sugar content and total acids in must) varieties Chassellas d´ore. The trial was set to 30 grapevines on wich was carried out early removal of leaves, vines and 30 wich are used for control. The analysis was perfomed in three occasions with an interval od two days between each sampling. Clusters were taken randomly with 3 cane where the leaves removed and the 3-cane control. Grapes were mashed and the must is filtered for further analysis. Early removal of leaves on the varieties of Chassellas d´ore this study had no singnificant impact on the increase in sugar and total acid content in the must
