Abstract
Zbog jake konkurencije kojom su danas okružena te kroz strategije koje razvijaju, poduzeća pokušavaju postići i one minimalne prednosti u odnosu na konkurenciju. U toj borbi za opstanak, daljnji razvoj i ostvarenje profita upravo je upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima prepoznato kao moćan alat za postizanje uspješnosti i poslovne učinkovitosti poduzeća. Ljudski potencijali nemaju samo ulogu potpore i servisa menadžmenta, već dobivaju ključnu stratešku ulogu, a menadžment ljudskih potencijala postaje središnja strateška aktivnost suvremenih menadžera.
Abstract (english)
Due to the strong competition surrounding the company today, through the strategies they are developing, they try to achieve the minimal advantages of the competition. In this struggle for survival, further development and profit realization, human resource management is recognized as a powerful tool for achieving business success and business efficiency. Human resources do not only have the role of support and management services, but they also have a key strategic role, and human resource management becomes the central strategic activity of modern managers.
