Abstract
U radu je prikazana struktura organizacijske kulture, kao i njeni tipovi, te način na koji ona utječe na razne organizacije, u ovom slučaju pomorske organizacije i njihovo poslovanje. Također, u drugom dijelu rada detaljno je objašnjen pojam apsentizma u pomorstvu i u kojoj mjeri može utjecati na poslovanje s obzirom da taj pojam podrazumijeva višekratno izbivanje zaposlenika bez opravdanog razloga. Cilj rada je teorijskim i empirijskim dijelom opisati u kojoj mjeri spomenuta dva pojma utječu na poslovanja i koji bi se koraci morali poduzeti u svrhu napretka ili s druge strane reduciranja istih.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents the structure of organizational culture, as well as its types, and the way in which it affects various organizations, in this case maritime organizations and their business. Also, in the second part of the paper, the notion of absenteeism in maritime affairs is explained in details and to what extent they can affect business, given that this notion implies multiple selection of employees without justified reasons. The aim of this paper is to describe in theoretical and empirical parts the extent to which the two concepts that affect business are mentioned and that companies should undertake in order to make progress or, on the other hand, reduce them.
