Abstract
Rajčica (Solanum lycopersicum L.) je jednogodišnja, zeljasta biljka iz porodice Solanaceae čiji su plodovi poznati po hranjivosti i ljekovitosti. Ubrzo nakon što se počela koristiti u prehrambene svrhe, postala je jedna od najraširenijih povrtnih kultura svijeta. U ovom radu provedena je analiza sadržaja hlapljivih tvari u plodu rajčice čije su sadnice mikorizirane ili tretirane mineralnim ili organskim gnojivom. Izolacija hlapljivih tvari iz ploda rajčice provedena je metodom mikroekstrakcije vršnih para na čvrstoj fazi (HS-SPME), a njihova analiza plinskom kromatografijom s plameno ionizacijskim detektorom (GC-FID). Ispitivani uzorak činili su plodovi netretiranih rajčica (K) te rajčica tretiranih s organskim gnojivom (ORG), mineralnim gnojivom (MIN) te mikorizom (M). U svim analiziranim uzorcima dominirali su:3-metilbutanal (izovaleraldehid), pentanal (valeraldehid), n-amil alkohol, E-2-heptanal i 1-heksanol. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata moţe se zaključiti da su gnojidba i primjena arbuskularne mikorizne gljive pokazali utjecaj na sadržaj pojedinih hlapljivih tvari u plodu rajčice.
Abstract (english)
Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) is an annual, herbaceous plant from the Solanaceae family whose fruits are known for their nutritional and medicinal properties. Shortly after it began to be used for nutritional purposes, it became one of the most widespread vegetable crops in the world. In this thesis the volatile compounds of the tomato fruits with mycorrhized seedlings or seedlings treated with mineral or organic fertilizer were analysed. The volatile compounds from the tomato fruit were isolated by Headspace Solid Phase Microextraction Method (HS-SPME). Samples of the untreated tomato fruits (K) and tomato fruit samples treated with organic fertilizer (ORG, mineral fertilizer (MIN) and mycorrhizia (M) were examined. The results show mostly: 3-methylbutanal (isovaleraldehyde), pentanal (valeraldehyde), n-amyl alcohol, E-2-heptanal and 1-hexanol. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that fertilization and application of arbuscular mycorrhizae of mushrooms showed an influence on the content of certain volatiles in tomato fruits.
