Abstract | Mobbing predstavlja ciljani, sustavni i trajni psihološki teror na radnom mjestu.
analiziraju faze mobbinga; okidač, stigmatizacija, problem upravljanja ljudskim
mobbinga i diskriminacijom.
zakone, pravilnike o radu, etičke kodekse i kolektivne ugovore. Mobbing se rješava na
razini organizacije, s prvenstvenom odgovornošću poslodavca no, žrtva ima pravo
obitelj, poslodavca, uspješnost poslovanja organizacije, a u konačnici i samu državu
zbog povećanih izdataka za mirovinsko i zdravstveno osiguranje (bolovanja,
prijevremeni odlazak u starosnu mirovinu, invalidska mirovina). |
Abstract (english) | It is directed towards the victim by one or more individuals, which causes helplessness,
violation of dignity, human rights and removal from the workplace. Typology of
mobbing is vertical, horizontal, strategic and reverse. The paper analyzes the phases
of mobbing; trigger, stigmatization, the problem with human resources management,
the victim's struggle for survival and exclusion, as well as the stages that the victim of
mobbing goes through and what consequences it leaves on her mental and physical
health. Victims of mobbing are described as calm, withdrawn, and quiet individuals,
susceptible to manipulation for feelings of inferiority. The perpetrators of mobbing are
people with personality disorders, typically unhappy in another area of life. Legal
regulations within the Republic of Croatia covering protection against mobbing
include laws, labor regulations, codes of ethics and collective agreements. Mobbing
is handled at the level of the organization, with the primary responsibility of the
employer but the victim has the right to seek judicial protection if the employer does
not respond to her requests. Harassment in the workplace is not just a victim problem,
it ecompasses society as a whole; her family, the employer, the business performance
of the organization, and ultimately the state itself due to increased expenditures for
pension and health insurance (sick leave, early retirement, disability pension). |
