Abstract
Razvoj kućnog pivarstva može se pratiti još iz doba neolitika. Osnovna forma piva se u srži nije mnogo promijenila, jedino što se iz godine u godinu razvijaju nove tehnike te novi okusi piva. Pivo se nekad koristilo kao jedno od osnovnih namirnica za preživljavanje, a pila su ga čak i djeca. Prva ozbiljnija piva u Europi pravili su redovnici te se može reći da od tad pa do danas proizvodnja piva digla na jednu visoku razinu. Danas je sve više ljudi koji vole popit domaće, drugačije pivo od onog što su navikli godinama iz trgovačkih centara. Cilj ovog rada bio je obraditi temu razvoja kućnog pivarstva, upoznavanje sa vrstama zanatskih piva, te osnovnih sastojaka koji ulaze u pivo. Isto tako navedene su razne podjele piva prema propisanim pravilnicima. Detaljnije je objašnjeno što je sve potrebno za proizvodnju craft piva, te kako i na koji način napraviti pivo za koje se s ponosom može reći da je domaće.
Abstract (english)
The development of home brewing can be traced back to the Neolithic era. The basic form of beer has not changed much in its core, the only thing that is new are techniques of brewing and new flavors of beer. In the past Beer was used as one of the basic foods for survival and even children drank it. The first serious beers in Europe were made by monks and it can be said that from then until today, beer production has risen to a high level. Today, more and more people like to drink homemade craft beers, different beer from what they have been accustomed to for years from shopping malls. The aim of this study was to present the topic of home brewing development, introduction all types of craft beers, and the basic ingredients that beer is made of. Also, various classifications of beer are mentioned according to the prescribed regulations. It is explained in more detail what is needed for production of craft beer, how and in what way to make a beer for which can be proudly said that is homemade beer.
