Abstract
U radu se iznose činjenice o problemima industrijskog procesa sušenja u smislu visokih energetskih zahtjeva te o mogućim rješenjima ovog problema. Iznose se teorijske osnove potrebne za razumijevanje samog procesa sušenja kao što su: faze sušenja, načini dovođenja topline, kinetika sušenja, vrste vlage u materijalu i drugo. Zbog specifičnosti uređaja za sušenje za pojedine materijale, postoji mnogo vrsta istih, zbog čega su obrađeni i prikazani oni najjednostavniji. Također, spomenuti su načini rekuperacije toplinske energije te se ukazuje na postotak njihove učinkovitosti. Najuspješniji način je kombiniranje postrojenja za sušenje s toplinskom pumpom. Na kraju rada je dan osvrt na dva znanstvena rada koji su iz područja tematike uštede energije u procesu sušenja i mogućnosti upotrebe jedne vrste postrojenja za sušenje više vrsta materijala. Istraživanja za rekuperaciju topline u procesu sušenja su relativno novijeg datuma, što ukazuje na daljnju potrebu za istraživanjem kako bi se što lakše implementirali u postojeća postrojenja.
Abstract (english)
Facts are carried out about a problem in the industrial process of drying material regarding high energy demands and possible solutions to the problem. The paper contains basic knowledge of theory needed to understand the drying process itself, such as: drying fazes, ways of inputting heat, drying kinetics, types of moisture in material and other. Considering the need for specialisation of devices for individual material, there are many types of it, which is why only the basic ones are covered in this paper. Also, possible ways of recuperation of heat energy are described and its affectivenes. Incorporating a heat pump with drying plant gives the most succsesful rate out of them all. At the end, two academic papers are disscused considering their themes are heat recuperation in the process of industrial drying and the possibility of using one type of drying plant for different materials. Research for recuperation of heat energy in the process of drying is considerably low which leaves room for more research to be made in the near future and incorporating it into ongoing drying plants.
