Abstract
Superkritični fluidi pokazuju svojstva plinova i tekućina iznad kritične točke tlaka i temperature. Viskoznost imaju sličnu plinovima, a gustoću nalik tekućinama. Najkorišteniji superkritični fluid je superkritični ugljikov dioksid (\(CO_{2}\)), ali koriste se i mnogi drugi od kojih je najpoznatija superkritična voda. Superkritični fluidi u primjeni se najčešće koriste u superkritičnoj fluidnoj ekstrakciji i superkritičnoj fluidnoj kromatografiji, iako se primjenjuju i u drugim metodama.
Abstract (english)
Supercritical fluids are fluids that combine properties of gases and liquids above the critical point od pressure and temperature. Property smiliar to gases is viscosity and property similar to liquids is density. Supercrtical carbon dioxide (\(CO_{2}\)) is the most commonly used supercritical fluid, lots of them are used too, but the another most known is supercritical water. Supercritical fluids are used in supercritical fluid extraction and supercritical fluid chromatography but they are also used in other methods.
