Abstract
Uljarice čine drugu najrašireniju biljnu kulturu za dobivanje ulja. Kriterije za veću industrijsku proizvodnju ulja ispunjavaju suncokret, soja i uljana repica. Ukoliko je sadržaj vlage previsok potrebno je osušiti uljaricu do propisane vlažnosti. Skladištenje uljarica se provodi od davnina, od jama u zemlji što se i danas koriste u nerazvijenim zemljama do modernih skladišta gdje je moguće kontrolirati unutrašnju temperaturi i vlagu. Silosi su jedan primjer modernih načina skladištenja uljarica gdje se cijeli rad silosa može kontrolirati sa jednom kontrolnom pločom, od održavanja povoljnih uvjeta do prijenosa samih uljarica. Nepravilnim skladištenjem dolazi do gubitka ulja i drugih važnih sastojaka te može doći i do klijanja uljarica, oštećenja ili do pojave i rasta plijesni.
Abstract (english)
Oil plants are the second most widespread vegetable crop for obtaining oil. The criteria for oil production are fulfilled by sunflower, soybean and rapeseed. If the moisture content is too high, it is necessary to dry the oil plant to the prescribed humidity. Oilseeds have been stored since ancient times, from pits in the ground that are still used in underdeveloped countries to modern warehouses where it is possible to control the internal temperature or humidity. Silos are one example of modern ways of storing oilseeds, where the entire operation of the silo can be controlled with one control panel, from maintaining favorable conditions to transferring the oilseeds themselves. Improper storage results in the loss of oil and other important ingredients, as well as the germination of oilseeds, damage or the appearance and growth of mold.
