Abstract
U današnje doba potrošači nastoje odabrati proizvode koji doprinose zdravlju, odnosno razlikuju se od standardnih piva. Proširenje palete proizvoda posebno je zanimljivo za manje i srednje velike pivovare koje se teško mogu utrkivati sa pivskim konglomeratima koji su svojom veličinom ograničeni na nekoliko stilova piva jer bi im širenje asortimana činilo prevelike gubitke u proizvodnji. Tamna piva, dijetalna piva, pivske mješavine sa voćem ili voćnim sokovima, bezalkoholni hmelj napitci i pića na bazi slada su pića čija je potražnja u porastu. Cilj ovog rada je predstaviti određene mogućnosti kada je riječ o dodatnom asortimanu piva i pivu sličnih proizvoda na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
In recent times, consumers choose products that are healthier, contribute to health or simply deviate from standard beers. Expanding the range of products is especially interesting for smaller and medium-sized breweries, which can hardly compete with beer conglomerates whose size is limited to a few styles of beer because the expansion of the range would cause them too much loss in production. Dark beers, diet beers, beer blends with fruit or fruit juices, non-alcoholic hop drinks, and wort-based drinks are drinks whose demand is increasing. The aim of this paper is to present some of the possibilities when it comes to the additional assortment of beer and beer-like products on the market.
