Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad predlaže rješenja za izvedbu konstrukcije laboratorijskog hidrauličkog manipulatora. Kroz proces koncipiranja i vrednovanja određen je koncept prema kojem se vrši konstrukcijska razrada. U konstrukcijskoj razradi izvršeni su preliminarni proračuni prema kojima je napravljen 3D model hidrauličkog laboratorijskog manipulatora. Na modelu manipulatora je napravljena dinamička simulacija kojom je utvrđena opterećenost konstrukcije. Podaci iz dinamičke simulacije su korišteni za izvedbu FEM analize kojom je utvrđeno da konstrukcija zadovoljava uvjet. Ručnim proračunom pomoću podataka iz dinamičke simulacije je napravljena provjera najkritičnijih zavara na konstrukciji. Nakon što je utvrđeno da konstrukcija zadovoljava uvjet, izrađen je troškovnik dijelova konstrukcije te su izrađeni sklopni i radionički nacrti dijelova konstrukcije laboratorijskog hidrauličkog manipulatora.
Abstract (english)
This thesis proposes solutions for the design of a laboratory hydraulic manipulator. The concept of structural design is defined through the process of conceptualization and evaluation. In constructional design a 3D model of laboratory hydraulic manipulator was made according to preliminary calculation. On the model of manipulator dynamic simulation was made to determine the load on the structure. Dana from dynamic simulation was used to perform a FEM analysis to determine if the design of manipulator satisfy requirements. For most critical welded joints of construction the manual calculations was made with help of data from dynamic simulation. Once it had been found that the design of manipulator satisfied the requirements, a costs list of parts of the hydraulic manipulator was made and also tehnicial drawings of construction of the laboratory hydraulic manipulator along with drawings of its parts was made.
