Abstract
Ovaj završni rad prikazuje sustav za regulaciju visine levitirane loptice na Arduino platformi. Cilj rada je osmisliti sustav koji koristi ultrazvučni senzor, smješten na vrhu cijevi za mjerenje visine loptice, dok se potenciometrom upravlja željenom visinom loptice. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na podešavanje PID regulatora i prilagodbu snage ventilatora, čime se povećava stabilnost sustava. Rad detaljno opisuje sve korištene elemente, uključujući Arduino Uno, ultrazvučni senzor HCSR04, Nidec ventilator i linearni potenciometar.
Abstract (english)
This bachelor thesis will introduce a system for regulating the height of a levitating ball with the help of Arduino. The primary aim of the thesis was to design and develop a system which employs a tube mounted ultrasonic sensor at the top and a potentiometer to set and measure the height of the ball. Special emphasis was put on how to tune the PID controller. In this regard experimentation and measurements were undertaken for the purposes of making adjustments prior to system stabilization. The thesis describes in detail all the components used in the design and construction of the system including Arduino Uno, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, Nidec fan and linear potentiometer.
