Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je tehnički opis glavne kuhinje putničkog broda. Sastoji se od teorijskog i proračunskog dijela u kojima su objašnjeni sustavi za mješavinu vode i glikola, rashladnu vodu, pitku vodu i ventilaciju. U teorijskom dijelu je objašnjen način proizvodnje i distribucije svih navedenih sustava te svi uvjeti kojima oni podliježu od strane klasifikacijskih društva. Praktični dio se sastoji od proračuna promjera cijevi kako bi se zadovoljili svi zahtjevi uređaja u brodskoj kuhinji.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this graduate thesis is a technical description of the main galley on a passenger ship. It is composed of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explaines brine production and main distribution, chilled water production and main distribution, potable water main distribution and ventilation for galleys. The theoretical part also takes in consideration all conditions under whitch they are subjected by classification societies. The practical part consists of a pipe diameter calculation to meet all requirements for the built-in devices.
