Abstract
Učitelj ima veliku ulogu u radu s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju te mora imati potrebne kompetencije kako bi dijete s teškoćama u razvoju steklo potrebno znanje i vještine i dobilo osjećaj prihvaćenosti i samostalnosti. Kako bi inkluzivna nastava bila što kvalitetnija učitelj se mora svakodnevno usavršavati. U ovom istraživanju cilj je bio ispitati kompetencije budućih učitelja za rad s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju te utvrditi moguće razlike s obzirom na mjesto studiranja. Istraživanje je provedeno tijekom 2018./2019. akademske godine među studentima razredne nastave u Čakovcu, Zagrebu, Petrinji i Gospiću. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 68 studenata razredne nastave. Rezultati su pokazali da se svi budući učitelji samoprocjenjuju srednjom ocjenom što se tiče kompetentnosti za rad s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju te da bi dijete sa teškoćama u razvoju uključili u svoj razredni odjel, no većina se boji rada sa takvom djecom
Abstract (english)
The teacher has a major role to play in the development of children with disabilities and must have the necessary competences to enable the child with disabilities to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills and to gain a sense of acceptance and independence. In order for inclusive teaching to be of the highest quality, the teacher needs to improve on a daily basis. In this research, the aim was to examine the competencies of future teachers to work with children with disabilities and to identify possible differences with regard to the place of study. The survey was conducted during 2018/2019. academic years among students of class teaching in Čakovec, Zagreb, Petrinja and Gospić. The research involved 68 students. The results showed that all future teachers self-assess themselves with a grade point in terms of competency to work with children with disabilities and that they would include children with disabilities in their classroom, but most are intiminated by working with such children.
