Abstract
Vrtić sam ili u suradnji s nekom odgojno obrazovnom ustanovom predstavlja i nudi razne slobodne aktivnosti djeci i roditeljima. Kvalitetno organizirano slobodno vrijeme pomaže ne samo u razvijanju dodatnih kompetencija kod djece, već i u poboljšanju njihovog ponašanja i uspjeha. Cilj ovog rada je ustanoviti pružaju li roditelji podršku slobodnim aktivnostima djece, smatraju da li je slobodna aktivnost u konačnici važna ili ne. Anketno istraživanje je provedeno u dječjem vrtiću „Vedri dani“ u Zagrebu, u srednjoj i starijoj vrtićkoj skupini, u trajanju od tri tjedna. Sudjelovali su roditelji (oba i/ili jedan) od 47-ero djece. U radu se pobliže objašnjava značaj fizičke aktivnosti, slobodnih aktivnosti, pojam roditeljstva te potreba i doprinos slobodnog vremena. Ispitani roditelji više se oslanjaju na različite odgojno obrazovne ustanove kada je u pitanju organiziranje slobodnih aktivnosti njihove djece (50%). Od 47 ispitanih roditelja, samo dva roditelja smatraju da slobodna aktivnost nije važna. Rezultati istraživanja potvrdili su pretpostavku da su roditelji bez obzira na stupanj obrazovanja i ekonomski status potpora djeci prilikom odabira i uključivanja u slobodne aktivnosti.
Abstract (english)
The kindergarten alone or in cooperation with an extracurricular organization represents and offers various leisure activities for children and parents. Quality organized leisure helps not only to develop additional competencies in children, but also to improve behavior and success. The aim of this master’s thesis is to determine whether parents support children's leisure activities, whether they consider ultimately leisure activity important or not. The survey was demonstrated in the “Vedri Dani” kindergarten in Zagreb, for a period of three weeks. The parents (both and / or one) of the 47 children participated. The paper explains in greater detail the importance of physical activity, leisure activities, the notion of parenting, and the need and contribution of leisure. Surveyed parents are more reliant on different educational institutions when it comes to organizing their children's leisure activities (50%). Of the 47 surveyed, only two parents thought leisure activity was not important. The results of the study confirmed the assumption that parents, regardless of their level of education and economic status, are child support when choosing and engaging in leisure activities.
