Abstract
Dobrobit odgajatelja je tema o kojoj se dovoljno ne govori. Zbog velike količine vremena koju odgajatelji provode s djecom, ona utječe i na dobrobit djece. U ovom radu ispitivana je dobrobit odgajateljica prema modelu PERMA (Seligman, 2011). Prema PERMA-i osobe koje doživljavaju visoku razinu dobrobiti ili psihološkog cvjetanja često doživljavaju pozitivne emocije, angažiranost, pozitivne odnose, smisao i uspjeh. Istraživanje je provedeno metodom polustrukturiranog intervjua. U intervjuima je sudjelovalo pet odgajateljica dječjeg vrtića Radost u Jastrebarskom i Desincu različite dobi i staža. Pitanja za intervju smišljena su za potrebe ovog istraživanja tako da podjednako bude ispitana svaka od dimenzija modela PERMA. Rezultati dobiveni provedenim intervjuima ukazuju da odgajateljice doživljavaju visoku razinu dobrobiti prema svakoj od ovih dimenzija.
Abstract (english)
Early and preschool education teachers well-being is a topic that is not spoken about enough. Because of the big amount of time spent with children, well-being of nursery teachers influences the childrens' well-being as well. In this study teachers well-being was researched according to PERMA model (Seligman, 2011). According to PERMA model, people who experience high level of well-being or flourishing also experience positive emotions, engagement, positive relationships, meaning and accomplishment. The survey was conducted by semi-structured interviews. The participants of the interviews were five teachers of different age and seniority from Radost kindergarten in Jastrebarsko and Desinec. The questions were designed for the purpose of this research so that every dimension of model PERMA is equally covered. The results obtained by conducted interviews show that teachers experiance high level of well-being according to each of these dimensions.
