The most studied abilities in the kinesiology are functional abilities. They are part of anthropological features, and they can be defined as the abilities that are responsible for transporting the oxygen to organs, organic systems and muscles, and as the abilities that are responsible for energy production in the human organism. Functional abilities are divided on aerobic abilities (aerobic durability) and anaerobic abilities (anaerobic durability). Aerobic durability is using the oxygen and is transporting the oxygen through the whole organism to the organs, organic systems and to the muscles who are working hard. Anaerobic durability isheavier because she does not have enough oxygen to maintain hard work. She is using glycolytic sources and is tolerating biochemical changes that are created when they are working. Those kinds of characteristics are important in the research of functional abilities and in their growing. Functional abilities and their characteristics are branching through many different systems. They are traveling through many kinesiological transformations where is important to know all kinds of programs of working, methodology of working and other different types of working in functional abilities. When all of this is mastered, it is important to know all types of activities that are helping in developing functional abilities. It is also important to know how they function through age structures and what is their priority and goal. All these characteristics are being watched through different types of physical activities. Only then, children can grow and develop in all educational institutions, and in other types of institutions. That kind of programs must be performed by very well-educated educator who must choose exercises very carefully and who needs to know what her purpose and goal is.
