The purpose of this paper is to show whether architecture conditions the organization of kindergartens. At the very beginning of the work, the concept of organization is defined, including the organizational structure that is a key component of every organization. It is also the most important part of every organization. The structure gives the organization its form/shape, in other words, it can be said it determines the specific way of its functioning and therefore the structure of the organization is the basic mechanism for managing the activities of the organization. The factors of organization are divided into internal and external. The elements of organizational structure, its construction and the difference between formal and informal organization are explained. The next chapter is about business processes as a set of activities that require continuous improvement, and business processes within preschool institutions are briefly described. Chapter three describes the coherency between strategy, business processes and organizational structure. The relationships between strategy and structure are also listed. The structure can follow the strategy, the structure can precede the strategy or it can be combined. The paper further describes the process of designing and building a kindergarten and the importance of cooperation between the architect and the holder of the educational process. At the end of the paper, we talk about the documents that prescribe the work at the institutions for early and preschool education. Chapter six is a case study and contains a brief description and presentation of Jarun kindergarten organizational chart.
