Abstract Poduzeća danas posluju u dinamičnoj, složenoj, turbulentnoj okolini. Okolina utječe na poduzeće, ali i poduzeće ima utjecaja na okolinu. Okolina se dijeli na vanjsku i unutarnju okolinu. Analiza vanjske okoline odnosi se na analizu prilika i prijetnji, dok se analiza unutarnje okoline usmjerava na analizu snaga i slabosti poduzeća. Makrookolina poduzeća je dio vanjske okoline poduzeća, a čine je čimbenici ili vanjske sile iz okruženja poduzeća na koje poduzeće nema nikakvog utjecaja. Makrookolina djeluje na organizacijsku strukturu i procese unutar organizacije te na uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća. U čimbenike makrookoline poduzeća ubrajajmo: ekonomsku, tehnološku, društvenu, kulturnu, političku, demografsku, pravnu i međunarodnu okolinu. Za analizu makrookoline koriste se različite metode ili analize. Potrebno je spomenuti PESTLE analizu makrookoline koja se koristi za analizu makrookoline. Cilj PESTEL analize je da se utvrde prilike i prijetnje koje proizlaze iz djelovanja čimbenika okoline. Atlantic grupa jedna je od vodećih prehrambenih kompanija u regiji. Analizom utjecaja makrookoline na Atlantic Grupu, najveća prijetnja Atlantic Grupi su socijalni čimbenici, i to nezaposlenost i demografske promjene. Najveću priliku Atlantic grupi predstavljaju tehnološki čimbenici.
Abstract (english) Today companies operate in a dynamic, complex and turbulent environment. The environment influences the companies, but the companies have an impact on the environment as well. The environment can be divided into its exterior and interior counterpart. Exterior environmental analysis refers to the analysis of opportunities and threats, while interior environmental analysis focuses on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of a company. A company's macro-environment is part of the exterior area of the company, made up of factors or outside forces surrounding the company's environment, to which the company itself has no influence at all. Macro-environment influences the organizational structure and processes within a company as well as the success of its business operations. Key factors of a company's macro-environment consist of its economic, technological, social, cultural, political, demographic, legal and international environment. Different methods or analyses are used in the analysis of a macro-environment. The one that needs to be mentioned is PESTEL macro-environment analysis. The aim of PESTEL analysis is to define the opportunities and threats resulting from the impact of environmental key factors. The Atlantic group is one of the leading food companies in the region. The analysis of the impact of the macro-environment on the Atlantic group shows that its biggest threats are social factors, namely the unemployment and demographic changes. The biggest opportunity for the Atlantic group lies in the technological factors.
