Abstract Svakodnevne nas situacije traže da donosimo odluke, odnosno da napravimo izbor
između ponuđenih mogućnosti i dobijemo konačni rezultat procesa odlučivanja a to i
jeste odluka. Ali bi trebalo razlikovati privatno i poslovno odlučivanje, a tim
raščlanjivanjem teorija dijeli načine odlučivanja na problem, subjekt i temelj. S aspekta
se problema javljaju programirano i neprogramirano, a razlikuju se po učestalosti
javljanja problema za kojeg se traže inačice rješenja. S aspekta subjekta odlučivanje
se dijeli na pojedinačno i grupno, tj. donosi li odluke pojedinac ili više osoba. Kada se
spominje temelj odlučivanja misli se na intuitivno, prosudbeno i racionalno. Intuitivan
način je onaj kada pojedinac praćen intuicijom (podsvjesno) donosi odluke. Prosudbeni
način odlučivanja ima temelj u pojavljivanju odlučivanja za istu situaciju koja se
dogodila u prošlosti, dok je racionalni način odlučivanja temeljen na analizi cjelokupne
situacije. Ovisno o situacijama u kojima problemi mogu nastati (sigurnost, rizik i
nesigurnost) primjenjuju se načini odlučivanja primjereni njima, te im se mogućnosti
rješenja javljaju, prilagođavaju i mijenjaju.
Abstract (english) Everyday situations require decision making, therefore, it is important to make a choice for given options, in order to get final result, which is decision. But, it is important to make a difference between personal and business decisions. With those unequalities, theory categorises the way of decision making in following categories; problem, subject and ground. Aspect of problem appears as programmed and unprogrammed. Difference between them, is frequency in variety of results. Aspect of subject appears as individual or group. Difference between them depends on whether decision is made by individual or group. Decision ground however, can be intuitive, evaluative and rational. Intuitive way of decision making is when decision is followed and made by intuition. Evalutive way of decision making is grounded on a situations that already happened in the past. Rational way of decision making is grounded on analyzing and evaluating the current situation as it is. Depending on situation in which problem occurs (safety, risk, uncertainty), way of decision making should be applied towards situation in which problem occurs. Therefore, possible results can be adaptible and changeable.
