Abstract U ovome diplomskom radu definiran je i analiziran poslovni model dropshipping. Drugim riječima platforme posreduju i omogućuju interakcije i razmjenu vrijednosti izmeĎu najmanje dvije
Abstract (english) The main aim of this master thesis is to define and analyse the dropshipping business model. The introductory part states the aims and objectives, hypotheses, research methods, and structure of the paper. The following chapter introduces a business model crucial to launching a new business venture. After that, digital platforms offering e-store solutions are presented, emphasising the different suite of tools that comes with each web development platform. In other words, these platforms mediate interactions and exchange of values between at least two different, yet mutually dependent, groups of users. Both dropshipping and e-store use the same platforms, even though these two models differ significantly. The chapter that
comes next defines the dropshipping business model. In 2010, dropshipping experienced rapid growth and has been growing steadily ever since. However, this business model has not been scientifically studied in Croatia and is, therefore, despite the advantages of direct distribution, not very transparent. To better understand this model, empirical research was conducted, examining the attitudes and opinions of customers and employers.
