Abstract
Hranidba domaćih životinja, osim što je bitna za proizvodnost i zdravstveni status životinja, pod izravnim je utjecajem uzgajatelja životinja. Da bi se održala visoka proizvodnja mlijeka visoko mliječnih krava, uz što manji negativni utjecaj na životinjsko zdravlje i dobrobit mora se stalno voditi računa o specifičnim zahtjevima preživača, imajući na umu njihovu složenu fiziologiju probave. Prehranom se, u manjem ili većem opsegu može utjecati na koncentraciju mliječne masti, u manjem opsegu na koncentraciju mliječnih bjelančevina, dok mliječni šećer ili laktozu možemo navesti kao najkonstantniju mliječnu komponentu. Osim o prehrani, komponente mlijeka ovise i o nizu drugih faktora poput genetike, stadija laktacije, zdravstvenom statusu, temperaturi okoliša i dr. Ovim radom pokušao sam posjednicima mliječnih krava obratiti pozornost na značaj hranidbe na njihov konačan proizvod.
Abstract (english)
Nutrition of domestic animals is very important for productivity and health status and is essentially influenced by the animal breeder. In order to keep high productivity of milk in high yielding dairy cows, with at least possible negative impact on their health and welfare by continuously taking into account specific needs of ruminants, in particular their complex digestive physiology. With the manipulation of the feeding regime it is more or less possible to influence the concentration of milk fats, and in lesser extent the concentration of milk proteins, whereas milk sugars or lactose could be mentioned as the most constant milk constituent. Besides nutrition, milk constituents are also dependent on many other factors such as genetics, stage of lactation, health status, environmental temperature etc. The purpose of this work was to focus the attention of animal owners on the importance of nutrition on their final product.
