Abstract
Rajnski rizling poznatiji kao bijeli rizling (weise riesling), a koriste se i nazivi renski rizling, rheingauer, johannisberger, hochheimer, petit riesling, riesling blanc, petit rhin, riesling renano. Sorta dobro uspijeva na različitim tipovima zemljišta, bitno je da su ona topla i propusna, a najkvalitetnija vina dolaze sa škriljevačkog tla, izričito zahtijeva dobar južni položaj, puno sunca i topline, zaštićen od vjetra. Bere se kasno, a za predikatna vina i u prosincu. Vino redovne berbe je žuto zelenkaste boje. Predikatna vina su zlatno žuta. U bogatom mirisu ovoga vina često se osjeti marelica, breskva, pa čak i ruže. U okusu je, s idealnim odnosom šećera i kiselina. Cilj završnog rada je vinifikacija sorte Rajnski rizling kroz tri godine u vinariji Topolovčan.
Abstract (english)
For this variety, the correct name would be white Riesling (weise riesling), and the names Rhine Riesling, rheingauer, johannisberger, hochheimer, petit riesling, riesling blanc, petit rhin, riesling renano are also used. The variety grows well on different types of soil, it is important that they are warm and permeable, and the highest quality wines come from shale soil, explicitly requires a good southern position, lots of sun and heat, protected from the wind. It is harvested late, and for predicate wines in December. Regular vintage wine is yellow-green in color. Predicate wines are golden yellow. Apricot, peach and even roses are often felt in the rich aroma of this wine. It tastes good, with an ideal ratio of sugars and acids.
