Abstract
Cilj istraživanja je utvrditi u kojoj mjeri i na koji način klimatske prilike utječu na dozrijevanje grožđa te na količinu šećera i kiselina u grožđu. U procesu dozrijevanja grožđa među najbitnijim čimbenicima su: svjetlo, toplina, kvaliteta tla i dostupnost vode u tlu i količina padalina u određenim stupnjevima razvoja vinove loze. Promjenom samo jednog faktora (suficit ili deficit faktora) dovodi do promjene u kvaliteti i vremenu potrebnom za sazrijevanje promatranog kultivara grožđa. U ovom je istraživanju praćeno je dozrijevanje sazrijevanje kultivara Pinot bijeli kroz niz od tri godine (2009./2010./2011. na položaju Vražjak u Vinogorju Kutjevo. U istraživanju su praćene količine šećera, udio kiselina te klimatski čimbenici značajni za rast i razvoj vinove
Abstract (english)
The goal of the research was to determine to what extent and in what manner do climate conditions affect grape ripening and sugar and acid levels. The most important factors in the grape ripening process include: light, heat, soil quality and availability of water in soil as well as the amount of precipitation in certain stages of grapevine development. Changing only one factor (factor excess or deficit) leads to a change in the quality and time required for an observed grape cultivar to ripen. This research followed the ripening of the Pinot Blanc cultivar over three consecutive years (2009/2010/2011 on Vražjak location in Kutjevo wine region. During the research, sugar and acid levels were monitored, as well as climate factors relevant to grapevine growth and development.
