Abstract
Bio hrana je hrana poizvedena standardima oganske poljoprivrede pi čemu se ne koriste kemijska sredstva te štetni dodatci koji mogu negativno utjecati na ljudsko zdravlje. Premda je razvitkom konvencionalne poljoprivrede ekološka poljoprivreda ostala u sjeni, zadnjih godina se u svijetu budi svijest o prednostima organske proizvodnje koje direktno utječu na suzbijanje onečišćenja okoliša, smanjenje bolesti, te povoljniju i bolju okolinu za životinje, ljude i prvenstveno djecu. Rad peiodički prikazuje organsku proizvodnju od samih početaka, zašto je došlo do samoga zagađenja plodnih polja, povećanom potrebom za vaćanje zdravijim i alternativnijim načinima proizvodnje hrane, te u kojim se zakonskim okvirima organska poljoprivreda određuje danas i u budućnosti.
Abstract (english)
Bio food has been produced by standards of organic agriculture, in which is forbidden to use any harmful and chemical additives that can adversely affect human health. Although, conventional farming has developed and ecological agriculture has remained in the shadows, in recent years, the world is aware of the benefits of organic production that directly influence the suppression of environmental pollution, disease reduction, and a better environment for animals, people and primarily children. Work has been showing organic production since the very beginnings, increased need for important healthier and alternative ways of producing food, and in which legal frameworks organic farming determines today and the future.
