Abstract
Mediteranska prehrana predstavlja zdravu prehranu koja je sve popularnija posljednjih godina, i to upravo zbog toga što mediteranska prehrana uključuje autohtone mediteranske namirnice i jela. Također mediteranska prehrana postaje sve poželjnija u gastronomskoj ponudi te se smatra da uvelike pridodaje povećanom broju turista i razvoju turističke ponude. Zadnjih nekoliko godina zdrav način života i zdrava prehrana bilježe sve veću popularnost. S obzirom da su glavne namirnice mediteranske prehrane uglavnom prirodnog podrijetla, mediteranska prehrana predstavlja standard pravilne prehrane i model zdravog života. Osnovne značajke tradicionalne mediteranske prehrane uključuju hranu biljnog podrijetla – voće povrće, mahunarke, orašasti plodovi i žitarice, začini, zatim konzumacija maslinovog ulja, umjerena konzumacija ribe i crnog vina te malu konzumaciju crvenog mesa.
Abstract (english)
The Mediterranean diet is a healthy diet that has become more popular in recent years, precisely because Mediterranean diet includes indigenous Mediterranean foods and meals. Mediterranean food is also becoming increasingly desirable in gastronomic offerings and disconsidered to be largely associated with an increasing number of tourists and the development of tourist offerings. In the last few years, a healthy lifestyle and a healthy diet have become increasingly popular. Since the main foods of the Mediterranean diet are mainly of natural origin, the Mediterranean diet is a standard od proper nutrition and a helathy lifestyle model. Basic features of the traditional Mediterranean diet include herbs of vegetable origin – fruit, legumes, nuts and cereals, spices, olive oil consumption, moderate consuption of fish and black wine, and low consuption of red meat.
