Abstract
Prehrana i prehrambene navike su sastavni dio održavanja tijela zdravim,funkcionalnim i sposobnim za svakidašnje zadaće. Znanje o kvalitetnijem unosu nutritivnih vrijednosti samo pospješuje učinak konzumiranoga i daje veće šanse za napredak. U svijetu ništa nije statično i sve prati gib promjena pa tako i hrana. Primjenom modernih načina obogaćivanja namirnica s ciljem zadovoljenja novih potreba orgaizma i imunološkog sustava, nastala je nova hrana. Nova hrana podrazumijeva namirnice koje su drugdje tradicionalne a strane za EU, hranu proizvedenu novim tehnologijama, proizvodnim postupcima te hranu novih izvora hrane. Sve veći broj ljudi i manjak resursa samo pogoduje nastajanju inovativnih riješenja stručnjaka u obogačivanju manirnica ili produljenju njihova roka. Sva uporaba modifikacije na biljnoj, životinjskoj ili namirnici organizma, u kontroliranim količinama je za čovjeka donekle prihvatljiva jer uz globale promjene i fizičke zahtjeve, određeni dodaci su nužni.
Abstract (english)
Nutrition and eating habits are an integral part of maintaining a healthy, functional body capable of day-to-day tasks. Knowledge about a better nutrition value only increases the effect of consumption and gives a greater chance of progress. There is nothing static in the world, and everything changes and so on. By applying modern ways of enriching food to meet the new needs of orgasms and immune systems, new foods have emerged. New foods are traditional and traditional food products in the EU, food produced by new technologies, production processes and food from new sources of food. An increasing number of people and lack of resources are only useful for creating innovative solutions for professionals in enriching manners or extending deadlines. Any use of modification in plant, animal or food products, in controlled quantities, is acceptable to humans because, apart from global changes and physical requirements, certain amendments are necessary.
