Abstract
Mlijeko magarica je po svom kemijskom sastavu slično humanom mlijeku što ga čini idealnom hranom za novorođenčad u prvim mjesecima života. Dosadašnja istraživanja su potvrdila da mlijeko magarice ima antimikrobno i protuupalno djelovanje koje je rezultat povećanog sadržaja enzima lizozima, laktoperoksidaze, laktoferina i imunoglobulina. Također, mlijeko magarica ima pozitivan utjecaj kod nedonoščadi, ali i kod novorođenčadi, posebice onih koji pate od alergija na proteine kravljeg mlijeka. Nadalje, mlijeko magarica ima hipoalergeno, antitumorsko, antistresno, antimikrobno i antivirusno djelovanje. Mlijeko magarica se koristi i u kozmetičkoj industriji, a zbog vitamina A, B2, C i E koristi se za pripremu krema jer sprječava ubrzano starenje kože i daje joj elastičnost.
Abstract (english)
Donkey's milk is very similar to human milk, ie women's milk, which makes it ideal as food for newbrons in the first months of life. Studies have confirmed that donkey's milk has antimicrobial and antiinflammatory effects resulting from the increased content of the enzymes lysozyme, lactoperoxidase, lactoferin and immunoglobulin. Research has been conducted where it has been concluded that donkey's milk has a positive effect in premature babies, but also in newborns, specially those who suffer from allergies to cow's milk proteins better known as CMPA. Furthermore, donkey milk has hypoallergenic properties, antitumor, antistress, antimicrobial, antiviral action. Donkey's milk has started to be used a lot in the cosmetics industry and due to vitamins A, B2, C and E it is used in creams because it prevent the accelerated aging of the skin and gives it elasticity.
