Abstract (english) | The collection includes summaries of 10 invited lectures held at the International Scientific-Professional Conference FOOD INDUSTRY BY-PRODUCTS, related to the issue of disposal and potential use of various by-products of the food industry. The holding of the Meeting and the publication of the Book of Abstracts were co-financed by the Croatian Science Foundation with the project "Application of innovative techniques for the extraction of bioactive components from by-products of plant origin" (UIP-2017-05-9909). |
Abstract (croatian) | Zbornik uključuje sažetke 10 pozvanih predavanja održanih na Međunarodnom znanstveno-stručnom skupu FOOD INDUSTRY BY-PRODUCTS, vezanih uz problematiku zbrinjavanja i potencijalnog iskorištenja različitih nusproizvoda prehrambene industrije. Održavanje Skupa i izdavanje Knjige sažetaka sufinancirala je Hrvatska zaklada za znanost projektom „Primjena inovativnih tehnika ekstrakcije bioaktivnih komponenti iz nusproizvoda biljnoga podrijetla“ (UIP-2017-05-9909). |
