Sažetak (engleski) | Investments in agriculture can be financed by own capital, loans from commercial banks and by means of grants from EU funds. This paper examinated the action of financing on dynamic indicators of investment performance, on the example of a raspberry-based area of 1 hectare. In the first case, the investment was financed by a loan from the Agram bank with an interest rate of 7.59%, for a term of two years with a period of one year. In this case, the period of return on investment is two years, with a net present value of 73.362,33 kuna and an internal rate of profitability that is higher than the discount rate. In the second case, the investment was financed by a loan from the Croatian postal bank with an interest rate of 5.99%, for a term of two years with a period of one year. In this case, the period of return on investment is also two years, with a net present value of 73.831,33 kuna and an internal rate of profitability that is higher than the discount rate. In the third case, the investment was financed by a grant from Measure 4. – Sub-measures 4.1. Grants in the amount of 32,502.00 kuna were obtained. The funds were paid through four installments. The first installment was disbursed after approval of the grant for aid (30%), the other two (25%) During the performance of business activities, and the last installment (20%) After the activities have been performed. In this case, the period of return on investment is one year, with the net present value of 130.841,62 kuna. In the fourth case, the investment was financed by the grant from Measure 6. – Sub-measures 6.1. Grants were obtained in the amount of 32,502.00 kuna and were disbursed through three installments. The first installment was disbursed after approval of the grant for aid (30%), the second (50%) During the performance of business activities, and the last installment (20%) After the activities have been performed. And in the last case of financing of the raspberry-based investment on 1 ha, the period of return on investment is one year, with a net current value of 131.106,06 kuna and an internal rate of profitability higher than the discount rate if the NSV is greater than zero. |
