This paper analyzes the finance reports of companys Kraš, Kandit, Koestlin and Zvečevo for the period 2010-2014. year of confectionary sector. The underlying finance reports are the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement, and the most important techniques for carrying out this analysis are horizontal and vertical analysis, and analysis and comparison of financial indicators (economy, liquidity, indebtedness, profitability and activity). Kraš, Kandit and Zvečevo held 98% of shares in the Croatian confectionery industry in 2015, of which Kraš is the largest shareholder (44%), while Koestlin lags behind. As a result of the research will be obtained the average value of each observed period for each company through an analysis and comparison of financial indicators. From a comparison of financial indicators through a five-year period, it can be seen that all companies operate above a debt limit of 50% and that, according to financial indicators, Kraš d.d. is on the best position, but Zvečevo d.d. in the worst position. According to all indicators it can be seen that companies Kraš d.d., Koestin d.d. of Kandit d.d. successfully doing business, while Zvečevo d.d. can be found in problems because of high indebtedness and illiquidity.
