Globalization from the core changes the way the business world works, but also simple interpersonal relationships. It represents a milestone because it can lead to a failure if it does not adjust. It can also be a means of achieving unmatched competitive advantage if you use all of its capabilities. Here we come to leadership factors and the importance of proper routing and co-ordination of members within the team. Modern society increasingly depends on creativity. That is why today, as a source of good ideas and decisions, is team-based decision-making and creative thinking for the purpose of productive activity of companies and employees. Today, there are many forms of creative thinking in the world, including brainstorming. Because of its simplicity and practicality it is equally suitable for solving both broad and undefined and closely related and specialized problems. As a fundamental factor for the successful functioning of the creative group thinking process, a successful authoritative leader is distinguished by emotional intelligence and government on the theme of the group. Organizations are increasingly relying on the collective activities of their employees as they have been shown to be effective in practice. Controlled conflict within a group further enhances the competitiveness but also the productivity of its members. It is therefore important to know which level of conflict contributes to the success and where the border is when the conflict begins to harm the community. The benefits of knowledge management and successful co-ordination of capable members of the group are of great importance and will be described in this paper.
