The aim of this graduation thesis in the field of entrepreneurship on the topic „Corporate Entrepreneurship" is to analyze the concept of corporations, corporate entrepreneurship and to find out what models of corporate entrepreneurship can be found in the world's largest companies. Many people sought answers to the question of how the level of entrepreneurial behavior in corporations can actually be understood, as well as the way in which entrepreneurial performance of corporations is measured. Innovations play a major role in the entrepreneurial world, so it was necessary to understand their importance for the survival, growth and development of corporations. Organizational structure and organizational strategy are concepts that in the world of entrepreneurship always affect each other. It was necessary to identify which elements constitute an organisational structure to further understand the choice of organizational strategies whereby corporations differ from each other, or create their own competitive advantage. In the past, human resources have been often neglected by management in large corporations, but with the emergence of globalization, it is clearly stated that employees, that is human resources, are the most valuable "resource" any corporation has to offer. Therefore it is of utmost importance to encourage creativity in large corporations. It is described how a corporation must work to develop its own culture so that employees can properly make decisions that must be equated with the ethical code of the corporation itself. Ethical dilemmas should not exist in the moments of decision-making in large corporations and this is clearly stated in the code of ethics. To become a market leader is by no means easy and therefore it is necessary to devote ourselves to create competitive advantages on the market and to try to maintain their own domination through various ways as long as possible.
