The subject of this final paper are the challenges of creating an entrepreneurial organizational culture. Entrepreneurial organizational culture strives for individuals in the company to realize their potential and maximize their talents, and for the most competent people to remain in the company so that they contribute to the company's operations with their work. Very important to understand regarding entrepreneurial organizational culture is that when creating an entrepreneurial organizational culture certain challenges arise. Companies must solve those challenges in a timely and successful manner in order for the entrepreneurial organizational culture to come to life and contribute to the company's operations. The aim of the paper is to show the challenges that arise when creating an entrepreneurial organizational culture. The paper defines corporate entrepreneurship, explains the importance of corporate entrepreneurship, lists the types of corporate entrepreneurship and the challenges that arise during the development of entrepreneurship in corporations. Furthermore, organizational culture is defined and the significance of organizational culture for the company is explained. Also, the entrepreneurial organizational culture is defined, its impact on the entrepreneurial behavior of employees is explained, and the challenges that arise when creating an entrepreneurial organizational culture are highlighted. To gain insight into the entrepreneurial organizational culture in the company and the challenges that arise when implementing an entrepreneurial organizational culture in the company, an interview was conducted with the director of the human resources department in a corporation in the telecommunications industry. At the end of the paper, the theoretical and practical parts of the paper are combined in the conclusions reached during the writing of the paper. The conclusion of the paper is that with the development of an entrepreneurial organizational culture, certain challenges arise, and it is very important to recognize and solve those challenges in time.
