Sažetak | Osnovna klasifikacija modela vodstva kategorizira nekoliko različitih modela vodstva kao što su modeli osobina, kontingencijsko-situacijski, suvremeni te bihevioristički modeli koji su u fokusu interesa ovog znanstvenog rada. U skupini biheviorističkih modela posebno se ističu tri klasična stila vođenja, čiji se utjecaj na radni učinak ispitivao u ovome radu, a to su: autokratski, demokratski i laissez-faire stil. Također, u radu se analiziraju modeli vodstva prema Lewinu i suradnicima čiji su rezultati uspoređeni sa rezultatima istraživanja. Cilj ovoga rada jest kritički usporediti tri navedena stila te uz pomoć znanstvene literature i upitnika ispitati koji stil vođenja se primjenjuje u hotelu Aminess Port 9 Resort te kako dominantni stil utječe na radni učinak zaposlenika hotela. Prije istraživanja definiran je radni učinak i metode njegova ispitivanja koje su korištene u empirijskom dijelu. Istraživanje je provedeno online upitnikom koji je ispunilo 80% zaposlenih hotela Aminess Port 9 Resort, točnije njih 70. Zaključeno je kako u hotelu Aminess Port 9 Resort prevladava demokratski stil vodstva što pozitivno utječe na radni učinak zaposlenika, kao i na kvalitetu i uspjeh poslovanja hotela. |
Sažetak (engleski) | The basic classification of leadership models categorizes several different leadership models, such as trait models, contingency-situational, contemporary and behavioral models, which are the focus of this scientific work. In the group of behavioral models, three classic leadership styles stand out, whose impact on work performance was examined in this paper, namely: autocratic, democratic and laissez-faire style. Also, the paper analyzes leadership models according to Lewin and his colleagues, whose results are compared with research results. The aim of this paper is to critically compare the three mentioned styles and, with the help of scientific literature and questionnaires, examine which leadership style is applied in the Aminess Port 9 Resort hotel and how the dominant style affects the work performance of the hotel's employees. Prior to the research, the work performance and the methods of its examination, which were used in the empirical part, were defined. The research was conducted using an online questionnaire filled out by 80% of the employees of the Aminess Port 9 Resort hotel, more precisely 70 of them. It was concluded that the democratic leadership style prevails in the Aminess Port 9 Resort hotel, which positively affects the work performance of employees, as well as the quality and success of the hotel's operations. |
