From the earliest to the oldest age of a person, there is a need for dental medicine services. Dental medicine is an essential health service that can have an effect on overall health of a person. Oral diseases are among the most common non-infectious diseases in the world. Croatia is facing an extremely high KEP index, which indicates a lack of awareness of the importance of oral health. To highlight the importance of going to a regular dental check-ups, a series of marketing activities should be applied. Marketing in dental medicine can be seen as a separate form of marketing in healthcare that has a combination of characteristics of services marketing and non-profit organizations marketing. The focus of marketing in dental medicine is the consumer or the patient. This thesis suggests marketing strategies and their application in the thirty-year family practice of the Siber dental practice. The objective of this paper is to adapt marketing activities to the specifics of dental medicine and to improve patients' awareness of the importance of regular visits to the dentist. The paper uses primary research through an online survey to explore patients' views on the factors that influence their choice of dental practice. Based on the collected data, the key segments of the target market are analyzed and marketing strategies are adapted to their needs and preferences are created. The objective of the marketing plan is to increase the frequency of patients going to regular checkups, which contributes to the improvement of patient's oral health and long-term loyalty to the practice. Through high-quality marketing activities, we want to create awareness of the importance of preventive dental care and emphasize the practice's expertise, friendliness, and accessibility. The implementation of the marketing plan will ensure the successful positioning of the Siber dental practice on the market and the long-term growth and development of the practice. Through concrete analysis and practical recommendations, this paper provides valuable insight into the application of marketing strategies in the context of dental medicine.
