Sažetak | Human resources management is a complex function of a company, which focuses on problem solving and employee development inside the company. A proper management and allocation of human resources is undoubtedly one of the keys to success and efficiency of the company, hence the function should be properly developed and organized. Human resources management consists of a number of sub functions: Job analysis, Human resources planning, Introduction to job, Career development, Education of employees, Evaluation of employee performance, Motivation, Redundancy and Identification of managerial talents. These sub functions need to be analysed in detail, since they interconnect and influence each other. In this paper, this analysis of the human resources management is done on an example of the company Autotrans d.d. Firstly, the company’s core business and organization, as well as historical development are presented. Furthermore, analysis of the HRM sub functions inside the company is made, and some suggestions for improvements are presented as well. The analysis shows the efficient application of human resources management, but also the underdevelopment of some functions. |
