Bankruptcy is a real process that involves a person or company that is unable to pay debts. The assets of the bankruptcy debtor are liquidated to settle the creditors' claims. Bankruptcy proceedings are conducted as a real proceeding with the release of individuals or companies from long-term ones, providing creditors with repayment options. Bankruptcy proceedings are conducted by the competent court, the assigned bankruptcy trustee, the assembly and the board of creditors, and are initiated by a proposal for bankruptcy proceedings. Upon successful completion of the bankruptcy proceedings, the debtor is released from the obligations incurred before filing for bankruptcy. The final thesis deals with the topic of bankruptcy accounting companies and provides insight into bankruptcy and elements of bankruptcy, obligations of the company until the opening, during and after the completion of the bankruptcy proceedings, tax position, and salaries of employees of bankrupt companies and shows examples of accounting companies in bankruptcy.
