Business communication is the process of sharing information between individuals within and without organization. The most important segment of the company is that it enables the exchange of information within the company. It is necessary for its smooth operation and in order to be effective, employees within the company and management shoud interact with each other in a way that achieves organizational goals, improves the organization and reduces possible mistakes. Business communication is changing, and the biggest change is due to changes in the world and the fact that companies are currently forced to work from home and largely apply information and communication technology to continue to be productive in their business and efficient. The change in business communication is greatly influenced by the development of ICT, which includes all communication devices and applications and is an expanded synonym for information technology. The impact of globalization and faster advances in technology and its changes lead to a new concept and way of business communication within the company as well as the application of new models in communication. Some of the changes brought about by the development of ICT are the increased use of the Internet and mobility, the trends brought by artificial intelligence and virtual and augmented reality as well as the changes brought about by the fourth industrial revolution in its application. The aim is to assess and establish how changes in ICT change future business communication and how its development affects communication in individuals.
