The final paper deals primarily with explaining the concept of competitiveness, as is evident from the title of the paper itself. The introduction presents the basic hypothesis itself, which will be explained through the paper in as simple a way as possible, the purpose and goal of the work, as well as the problem and the subject of research. The second chapter is reserved for simplifying the concepts of competitiveness, but also innovation without which there is no mentioned above. In the third chapter, with the help of examples of Xiaomi enterprises , an attempt will be made to connect the two previously mentioned concepts. Xiaomi is one of the fastest growing companies in the world that employs a large number of people, and constantly invests in improving all parts of the business. The answers to the question related to the way of breaking into the very top of the world market are presented in detail in the already mentioned third part of this paper. At the very end, there are different attitudes on this topic, critical reflections and new ideas on how to improve the business of the selected company. The conclusion of the final work provides a concise explanation related to the proof of the hypothesis stated in the introduction.
