Every business venture should start with a business plan. Business plan is a document that contains all the basic elements important for the establishment and operation of a new or existing venture enterprise. It provides a realistic view of the business venture and displays expected results from the same. In order to differ from the competition in the market, with quality of the products or services, it i necessary to find the right business opportunity and get the most of it. In this case, the plan is all about the wine bar and winery's wish to eyploit their products on the market through an individual presentation under controlled conditions of their own bar and to become even more recognizable among winelovers. This paper presents a business plan aimed at exploring the feasibility and justification of opening a wine bar. By exploring the market, techno-technological and economic aspects of the realization of a business venture, it was concluded that this venture would be very profitable. When calculating expenditures, the purchase of the product will be taken into account as well, because it accounts for the bulk of the cost of a wine bar. Depreciation and a loan repayment plan that has been set for easier start-up and financing of initial purchase and marketing costs are also taken into account.
