The main problem discussed in this paper was the development of a business plan and consideration of all important aspects of starting a new business on the example of the store "trendy" clothing made of organic materials "Amarela" in Split. Analyzing the justification and profitability of investing in this entrepreneurial venture was one of the fundamental goals of this paper. The development of a business plan was necessary in order for the entrepreneur to get a realistic view of the venture and the expected results in order to better prepare for the future. The business plan was focused on products and their path to customers, competition, promotion, employee organization, safety at work and financial data. The store offers clothing made of organic materials that is in line with trends because in the planned market the demand for such products is unsatisfied by focusing on the female part of the population. The SWOT analysis finds that there are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, but ultimately the positives outweigh the negatives. Since it is initially a small company, a functional organizational structure is used to organize employees as the most appropriate form for this entrepreneurial venture. This small company is located in the Mall of Split which provides the possibility of online orders. Financial analysis justifies investing in this entrepreneurial project and brings profit to the entrepreneur in the first five years of business.
