In this final paper emphasis is placed on application of Microsoft Excel. The most important accounting data are presented which interest every owner. Through Excel they are analyzed and explained. The goal of that was show Excel as a more than suitable program for processing that kind of data. It was important to show that this data is crucial and that the owner must have and know them. Using this analyzes owner or people in association can follow closely their financial situation. In business world today the smallest detail is important to gain market adventage. In sports associations, business is specific unlike other companies. The financial result is sometimes equal to result on the ground but that is not the rule. There are sports associations that are sucessful without great financial results but there are also associations that are unsucessful with great financial results. In the practical part of the paper I have shown and described balance sheed data, profit and loss account data and account card data. At first, I calculated and analyzed the percentage change in the most important balance sheet items, then the same with the profit and loss account. The reason for each result is also described. After that I made a pivot table using income data from profit and loss acount. It is shown how the owner can easily reach to very useful information about the finances of the association. Pivot table can also serve for the analysis of other accounting dana which I have shown using it in the analysis and summarization of account cards. It is easy to use and data for the association is generated in a short time.
