The role of ethics in business is increasingly more important in successfull achievement of the business goals, but the main goal does not always have to be the profit. One of the business entities for which profit is not the primary goal are non-profit associations. Analyzing the field of business ethics leads to getting to know the importance of practicing business ethics and the same knowledge is applied in research. The subject of the research is a very recognizable and successful Association MoSt, whose primary area of activity is providing support to children and young people at risk and taking care the homeless. The specific area of activity of MoSt in itself requires doing business according to fundamental human principles which are reflected in the very goal of MoSt’s business and the organizational culture guided by the same principles. Code of Ethics of the Association MoSt and the Code of Ethics of Volunteers are official forms that additionally ensure ethical business operations and serve in the practice of transparency in work. Integrating ethics and actively practicing ethics in everyday activities is important for successful impact in all business aspects and it leads to the goal achievement of the MoSt Association.
