This final thesis examines the correlation between the soft skills of OTP bank employees and their ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance business operations. Employee innovation is crucial for a company's success, and soft skills such as communication and collaboration play a pivotal role in this process. The research is based on an analysis of the current level of employees' soft skills and the identification of areas for improvement. Data were collected from 64 employees through a questionnaire. The results indicate that employees recognize the importance of soft skills in a business environment. Key recommendations arising from this research include investing in educational programs and support for the development of soft skills among OTP bank employees. Additionally, the research confirms a positive link between soft skills and innovation, emphasizing that communication, collaboration, and motivation are critical factors in fostering innovative behavior. This paper contributes to the understanding of the significance of soft skills in the banking sector and provides guidance for their enhancement. Continuous investment in the development of soft skills becomes essential for maintaining a competitive edge and achieving success in a dynamic banking environment.
