The product is the intellectual services and the users of the other companies or public administration. Consulting companies depend on quality because the success of their services is easily measurable. This paper is an example of a business plan for a consulting company. The idea to open such a company came because of the rapidly growing market and competition, which does not follow the requirements sufficiently. The company "ABC" will be located in Split, will have 7 employees and will be based on four main areas. The business will be built on a solid financial foundation, quality of service and building good relationships with customers.
